NEWS
We have some fabulous news that we can now share !
We received a cheque for £2,500 from the Simpson McCreath Trust that will allow us to purchase a much needed new range cooker for the hall kitchen
We have been writing bids since April to allow us to fund improvements at the hall which are long overdue and which will make the Coronation Hall a more welcoming and functional space for both villages.
Now, thanks to The Simpson McCreath Trust we can start on this journey of improvement and we are very grateful to have their support.

We have also received a grant from Suzanne Wateridge, our local Green Councillor, from the Ward Councillors Fund that has allowed us to purchase 2 catering size Bain Marie to support our community lunches, Soup-Er Kitchens and other catered events. We are delighted for this grass root support that will positively impact the work of the Coronation Hall.
Finally, we have been successful in bidding for a "Keep it Going Grant" and a "Winter Pressures Grant" both from South Norfolk Council that has allowed us to set up our "Soup-Er Kitchen" on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month throught the winter from October to March.
Due to the Success in gaining a Winter Pressures Grant we are delighted that "Soup-Er Kitchen" is now offered totally free - so please come along and enjoy a hot lunch with your neighbours and play some games, try your hand at crafting or play some darts. This is open to all people in either village younger and older, we also have children's toys so welcome along parents of younger children to join in the fun.
